Items can be returned for a full refund if they are returned within 30 days of receiving products and they are unused and in their original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will be processed within 2 weeks once they have been received at our warehouse. Upon the receipt and inspection of the return, our customer service department will email you to advise you when your credit will be issued.
*Please Note: All returns will be inspected by our Returns Department. If returned items are found to be damaged, used, altered or tampered with in any way, a restocking fee will be charged. This is to ensure the quality of our products and the standard of care that we promote.
In the event that we make an error, return shipping will be reimbursed for returned merchandise and damaged products.
